Here at WebWise Design & Marketing, we have been offering “fantastic” Customer Service and Support since 1995. If our clients have issues or concerns, we stick with them until there is a resolution. And, we promise only to speak geek when you do.
We periodically monitor voicemail and email for emergency support after regular business hours and on weekends and holidays.
For current clients that use the WebWise TeamWork application, we monitor that as well.

Support, including phone support, is provided on an hourly basis (billed in ten-minute increments) for those who do not have a support, maintenance, service, or training contract. We also offer all-inclusive retainer agreements.
